Hội thảo khoa học Quốc tế: Truyền thống và hiện đại Đông Nam á từ cuối thế kỷ XIV đến cuối thế kỷ XVIII

Trong khuôn khổ Chương trình Nghiên cứu Đông Nam á mang tên Giáo sư Nicholas Tarling. Ngày 3 và 4 tháng 11 năm 2011 tại Hà Nội, Trường Đại học khoa học xã hội và Nhân văn-Đại học Quốc gia Hà Nội đã tổ chức Hội thảo khoa học Quốc tế: Truyền thống và hiện đại Đông Nam á từ cuối thế kỷ XIV đến cuối thế kỷ XVIII. Tham dự Hội thảo có đông đảo các nhà khoa học, nhà quản lý của Đại học Quốc gia Hà Nội, của Trường ĐHKHXH&NV, Viện Việt Nam học và Khoa học phát triển thuộc ĐHQGHN. Khoa Lịch sử-Trường Đại học Sư phạm Hà Nội. Viện Sử học, Viện Nghiên cứu Đông Nam á thuộc Viện KHXHVN... Cùng các nhà khoa học đến từ các trường đại học và viện nghiên cứu của các quốc gia như: New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, Thailand, Hong Kong... Đặc biệt, Hội thảo còn có sự hiện diện của Bà H.E.Heather Riddell-Đại sứ quán New Zealand tại Hà Nội.
